What is an ESSENCE?

Each essence is made in ceremony. During the ceremony, a bowl of spring water absorbs the energetic imprint of the flower, plant, stone, or whichever other forms have been chosen for the essence. Afterward, alcohol is added as a preservative to the ceremonial essence water. The essence is then stored in a dropper bottle.

When ingesting an essence, it can interact with us on the subtle energetic levels of our being, but may also be experienced through other avenues (thought, emotion, sensation, visual, etc).

What do I do with Essences?

You can use/ingest an essence however you like, but the most common way is to take 3-10 drops on your tongue, 1-3 times a day. When done daily, the essence accumulates within you over time and may work in the background or the foreground of your life.
