What is an ESSENCE?

Each essence is made in ceremony. During the ceremony, a bowl of spring water absorbs the energetic imprint of the flower, plant, stone, or whichever other forms or beings have been chosen for the essence. Afterward, alcohol is added as a preservative to the ceremonial essence water. The essences can then be given away in dropper bottles.

When ingesting an essence, it can interact with us on the subtle energetic levels of our being, but may also be experienced through other avenues (thoughts, emotions, sensations, visuals, dreams, art, and more).

What do I do with Essences?

One of the most common methods is to take 3-10 drops on your tongue, 1-3 times a day. When done daily, the essence (and the plant-being’s presence) accumulates within you over time and may work in the background or the foreground of your life.

Each essence is sold in a 1-ounce dropper bottle.

Cost: $10-30 (sliding scale) per 1oz essence bottle
USA shipping: $9 for 1 essence + $1 for each additional essence
Global shipping: I’m happy to ship internationally and help the plant-beings make their way across the sea. The shipping costs vary depending upon the country. Let me know where you’re at and I can let you know the shipping cost : )
